4. Admit When You Are Wrong
There may come a time when you make an error in judgment or you may do something wrong. This is a crucial time that you need to step up and admit that you have made a mistake. Nobody is perfect and people understand that, but they will not respect you if your shift the blame and never own up to your mistakes.
Not only will people respect your honesty and integrity, but you will also be much more credible. If you can admit that you that you made a mistake it shows people that you are clear headed and reliable.
