Another relator from Navi Mumbai said that the areas along the city fringes like Kamothe and Kalamboli including Panvel will witness a little but fair amount of activity on the front in coming days. Despite the fact that an airport is coming up in the vicinity of Panvel the demand for commercial premises is lesser than the supply and there isn’t still a scramble for commercial property yet.
