The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor along the NH 8 will bring in dozens of SEZs and other big-ticket realty developments along the corridor making this national highway the lifeline of all future growth in the NCR.
The National Capital Region (NCR) has over the last few years witnessed traction in

In view of this immense opportunity in this belt, various developers like Parsvnath, Raheja, Supertech, Amrapali, Aashiyana, Antriksh and Kenball have announced their projects along the NH 8 leading to Jaipur, Manesar, Gurgaon, taking into consideration the locational advantage of being centrally located adjoining these industrial satellite towns.
The region spanning a radius of about 20km-40km including Gurgaon-Manesar, Palwa-Tapukra, Neemrana-Khushkhera-Bhiwadi, Shajanhapur-Behror-Kotkasim is expected to witness implementation of industrial activity worth millions of dollars by various business and commercial entities from all over the world.
These industries will attract skilled and semi-skilled working population of approximately 1.5 million from the different parts of the country and abroad.
Hence, investments in residential projects, education, health care and modern urban infrastructure will be of prime consideration in this zone.
